My name is Lianna Tsangarides and I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker who has been working with youth and families for over ten years. I have developed my clinical expertise over the past decade working with hundreds of teens and young adults struggling with the most challenging parts of life: addiction, trauma, depression, anxiety, and relationship issues.

I am trained in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavior Therapy, Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavior Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, NarrativeTherapy, and Mindfulness Therapy.
