I use this in my girls groups and workshops. I worked with my partner for the #GirlConfident Program, to write this guided journal, with the intention of helping girls change their narratives and limiting beliefs.

I use this in groups and individual sessions to help teens learn how to breathe mindfully. I open the sphere to demonstrate how to expand and contract our breath for belly breathing.


Cards for Calm

I use these cards in group and individual sessions. They are a great way to teach teens mindfulness and coping skills to manage anxiety and negative thinking. As parents you can use them to help your teen practice the skills they are learning!


Kinetic Sand

Kinetic sand allows teens have fun while also expressing themselves, creating a sense of calm, or practicing mindfulness, imagery and meditation.
