Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT)
DBT is a comprehensive evidence-based treatment for people struggling with emotional dysregulation. The overarching goal of DBT is to provide a “life worth living” by teaching four basic skill groups: mindfulness, emotion regulation, distress tolerance, and interpersonal effectiveness. DBT is shown to be a highly effective treatment for several mental health issues including PTSD, anxiety, depression, and substance dependence.

I specialize in providing comprehensive therapeutic services to teens and families. I provide support and intervention for a variety of emotional and behavioral needs, including youth dealing with anxiety, depression, trauma and oppositional behaviors. I provide services in both individual and family sessions, tailoring treatment to each individual’s and family’s needs.
